A standalone oh-my-pi plugin providing the /tool-kit:setup command for installing recommended companion OMP plugins.
Command

Shows recommended companion plugins, skips only candidates already on the latest npm version, and installs or updates the selected ones. |
Behavior
/tool-kit:setup requires an interactive UI and waits until the agent is idle. It builds the candidate list by reading installed versions via omp plugin list --json and latest versions via npm view <package> version --json. A candidate is shown only if it is not installed or its installed version differs from the latest npm version; candidates already on the latest version are skipped, and if every candidate is up to date the command reports that instead of prompting.
Toggle the candidates you want in the selector, confirm, and the plugin runs omp plugin install <package> for each selected plugin. Failures are collected and reported; otherwise you are told to restart omp so the newly installed plugin extensions and slash commands are loaded.

Install
omp plugin install @siuver/omp-tool-kit-setup
Restart omp after installation. omp plugin list should show this package under npm Plugins; then /tool-kit:setup should appear in the slash command list.
Local Development
From the repository root:
omp plugin link ./plugins/tool-kit-setup
Restart omp after linking.
