@monkey-harness/pi-hermes-memory

Thin pi facade over the shared Hermes-style memory core (@monkey-harness/hermes-memo-core). It is only the pi plugin-interface glue — no storage, format, locking, or search logic lives here.

Ported from pi-hermes-memory v0.9.6 (MIT, (c) Chandra Teja).

What it registers

  • memory tool — list / add / replace / remove across memory, user, project, and failure targets (calls the core MemoryStore).
  • memory_search tool — FTS5 search over the shared SQLite mirror (calls the core searchMemories).
  • before_agent_start hook — injects persistent memory into the system prompt (calls the core buildPromptContext).

pi and DeepSeek Harness share one store at ~/.monkey-harness/hermes-memory/.

Install

pi remove pi-hermes-memory                       # if the old extension is installed
pi install npm:@monkey-harness/pi-hermes-memory
