@indifeed/pi

Turn customer feedback into focused product decisions with indifeed. This Pi package includes skills for connecting your project's feedback board, reviewing evidence, choosing a valuable problem, and creating an approved brief and repository-aware implementation plan.

Install

pi install npm:@indifeed/pi

Start Pi in your project and use /reload or restart if needed. Review the skills and bundled scripts before granting project trust: skills can instruct the agent to run programs with your OS permissions.

For project-local installation, use pi install -l npm:@indifeed/pi and review the project package declaration before trusting it. You can also install from the published agent repository with pi install https://git.bit-monkey.io/indifeed/agents.git. Choose only one package source to avoid duplicate skills.

Try this first

Ask Pi:

Set up indifeed for this project.

Or invoke /skill:indifeed-onboarding.

  • Already have a board? Supply its URL or slug. Onboarding skips signup and checks the intended connection.
  • New to indifeed? Agree an account name and board slug, with optional email. Pi displays a prefilled signup link first, then asks whether to open your local browser or let you open it manually. Complete editable signup and verification in the browser, then return only the actual final, non-secret board URL.
  • Connect deliberately. Approve the exact project-local .pi/mcp.json change separately. Authenticate yourself through native Pi MCP, then validate the selected board before continuing.

Installation supplies skills, not a server connection. Use Pi with built-in MCP support and configure the board-scoped endpoint https://mcp.indifeed.app/<slug>; the account-wide root is unsupported. Native Pi owns configuration, OAuth sign-in, and credential storage. Node is required for the bundled helpers. Remote/headless setups can open the displayed link manually.

Never paste passwords, verification codes/links, OAuth artifacts, callback URLs, tokens, or payment details into chat or the repository. Setup intent is not browser-launch or configuration-change approval. Existing identical connections are reused; conflicting, disabled, legacy, or adapter-owned connections require a separately approved manual repair.

Included skills

Skill What it does
indifeed-onboarding Guides browser signup or existing-board selection, approved native project setup, sign-in, and board validation.
indifeed Reviews scoped feedback evidence, recommends the next product problem, drafts an approved brief, and creates a repository-aware technical plan. Also supports explicitly requested feedback submission and lifecycle tracking.

Once your board is connected, try:

What should we build next from our customer feedback?

Use /skill:indifeed to invoke the workflow explicitly. Recommendations cite feedback evidence; selecting a problem does not automatically approve implementation or product writes. Write confirmations are on by default, and setup makes no product writes.

The package contains these two skills and two onboarding helper scripts only, plus its manifest and this README. It ships no extension, model provider, MCP server declaration, dependencies, or automatic installer hooks. Other agent clients use their own packages in the published repository, not this npm package.

Skill rename

The product-management skill is now indifeed, replacing indifeed-product-manager with no alias. Update explicit invocations to /skill:indifeed and any custom skill-name/path filters, update the package, then /reload or restart. Remove old standalone copies. The separate indifeed-onboarding skill and npm package name are unchanged.

Update or remove

pi update npm:@indifeed/pi
pi remove npm:@indifeed/pi

Match the scope/source you installed; add -l when removing a project-local declaration. Package removal does not revoke your indifeed connection or clear native OAuth credentials. Manage those separately in Pi and indifeed's Agent connections view. The package version follows the independent agent release, not the application version.
