pi-package-browser

A terminal package browser for the pi coding agent. Adds a /packages slash command to browse the pi ecosystem live.

Features

  • Live search across ~5,600+ packages on npm (extensions, skills, themes, prompts)
  • Type filter by category
  • Package detail view with README excerpt and monthly download counts
  • One-key install — spawns pi install npm:<name>

Data source

Uses only public npm registry APIs (registry.npmjs.org, api.npmjs.org) with a host whitelist, https-only, private-address rejection, and request timeouts.
