Standalone shimmer working and compaction indicator extension for Pi.

Features

  • Working Indicator Shimmer: Animated bold sweep over the stock Working label with elapsed time (12s).
  • Compaction & Auto-compaction: Animated shimmer over Compacting context... and Auto-compacting... with elapsed time and cancel hints.
  • TUI Integration: Automatically locates the active compaction StatusIndicator across nested views, custom editors, and rounded editors, falling back to setWorkingMessage().
  • Subagent Fleet Cohesion: Integrates with @restranger/repi-subagents live status animations.
